We all carry burdens, worry, blockages and trauma, that can impact our physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual well-being. This healing modality is designed to help us heal and transmute these effects, allowing for a profound transformation within ourselves. My intention is to support each individual in releasing the energies associated with trauma and clearing blockages in their energy lines.

Congestion within the energy body can lead to a myriad of issues or disease, potentially manifesting as physical illness. Energy healing serves as a powerful catalyst for overcoming significant health challenges.
I use gentle hand placements to channel energy, often feeling warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, with potential experiences of emotional release (giggles, tears, yawning) or seeing colours in your mind as blockages shift, promoting stress relief and balance, this can bring instant relief initially, but you can notice deeper benefits later on.
It’s subtle but powerful. It’s not just about your body, it’s about your energy field, your nervous system, and even your beliefs. The goal of the session isn’t to fix you—because you’re not broken. It is about realignment, helping your body and energy field remember its natural state of balance, vitality and flow.

DURING
- Deep relaxation, sleepiness, or tingling/warmth or chilly.
- Emotional release (laughing, crying, sadness) or physical reactions (yawning, twitching). This is normal and is a sign of the body processing stored tension or trauma
- Seeing colours or images
- Feeling energy moving or a sense of floating
- My aim is to balance your body's energy flow, reducing stress and promoting well-being
- There will be meditative music playing during your session
- Followed by grounding and assessment of your energy field
AFTER
- You might feel lighter, grounded, deeply calm, centred, or even tired as your body processes the energy
- Benefits like better sleep, less reactivity, and stronger digestion can unfold over days. You may notice sensations without judgment, to support continued shifts and clarity
- Journalling and walking in nature are swimming is highly beneficial after sessions.
